11th Dec 2017: Commerce Minister Mr Parvaiz Malik and Secretary Commerce engaged in discussions with the Chinese Commerce Minister Mr Zhong Shan and Vice Minister Mr Wang on the sidelines of WTO Ministerial Conference at Buenos Aires. Pakistani side raised the issue of revision of Pak China FTA which was also raised by Secretary Commerce in the bilateral meeting in Beijing this September. Chinese side agreed to address Pakistan’s concern and meet in Feb 2018 to finalize a revised Free Trade Agreement between the two countries.
